I’m Dr. Sherin Joseph, Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and founder of Mindful Communion Counseling. 

Together, we can explore a path towards healing, wholeness, and meaning.


I don’t believe counseling has to be all tears and tissues. Instead, it can be full of creativity, curiosity, compassion, and fun.  I can help you learn to see yourself and your world from new angles.

Couples Therapy

For couples navigating communication challenges, seeking to rebuild trust, or simply longing for a deeper connection, I provide a supportive environment where both partners can openly express their thoughts and feelings. Together we can work on healing relational wounds that have led to a disconnect. 

Pre-Marital Therapy

I offer couples the opportunity to explore and strengthen their relationship before taking the next step. My goal is to help couples build the necessary skills and understanding to create a resilient and fulfilling partnership as they prepare for a lifetime together.
